1. REFUNDS
Refunds will only ever be offered in the case of a full event cancellation (see point 3 below).

2. TRANSFER/EXCHANGES
You can transfer/exchange your tickets from one date to another as long as you do it outwith 24hrs of your ticket date and subject to availability.

Note – if your request is within 24hrs of your ticket date then your request cannot be accommodated or actioned.
3. CANCELLATION
The event will only ever be cancelled if extreme weather makes the park or travel routes unsafe or if there’s a major fault in our electrical supply or equipment.
A decision to cancel will be taken by Rowen Events no later than 2pm on the day, and notice will be posted online.
In the rare event of Rowen Events having to cancel the event, you will be offered the following 3 options:
A. You can transfer/exchange your tickets to another available date/timeslot for our BFF22 event (subject to availability).
You can do this using the Exchange tool in your Ticket Wallet.

B. You can rollover your BFF22 tickets to our BFF23 VIP event.
C. If neither A or B above is suitable or cannot be accommodated then a refund will be offered.
Please note – refunds are only ever offered in the case of a full event cancellation. No other refunds will be given.
