Please purchase Santa tickets in advance of your visit, they can only be purchased with Illuminated Trail tickets. Tickets to visit Santa cannot be purchased on their own.
2rd – 23rd December 2022 from 4.00pm until 10.00pm (last entry 8:30pm) each day. The Illuminated Trail will close at 10:00pm. Santa will be in his Grotto until last entries at 8:45pm.

All tickets must be bought online in advance & strictly no ticket no entry. Tickets are on sale now. There will be no Box Office on site.
Your ticket covers entry into the Illumination Trail only.
Santa’s Grotto and Storytelling Experience, Attractions and Festive street food and drink are all additional extras & not included in the price of the Illumination Trail ticket.

All children who wish to visit and receive a gift from Santa require a ticket.
Accompanying adults do not require a ticket.
The Santa Storytelling experience will last approximately 20 minutes.
The event will last up to 90 minutes. Please dress for the weather!
Our preferred method of payment is by cash as the signal in the forest is poor. We cannot guarantee the availability of cashless payments.
Parking at the event is free. Please be sure to book your parking ticket when purchasing your ticket online.
However, parking is extremely limited and we would request that your group use the minimum number of cars possible to visit the event. We understand of course that groups or larger families will require more than one car and this will be accommodated where we can. Please note: if your booking is for 4 people or less your tickets will include one car space. It will help the event organisers greatly if you can maximise the space in your car.
Blue badge parking bays are on a ‘first-come’ basis in the Visitor Centre Car Park. Cars must display blue badges to gain entry. In the event of there being no disabled parking bays, you will need to park in the regular car park.
Absolutely! It is wonderful for all ages. Please ensure all children under 16 are accompanied at all times.
Yes, absolutely. All paths are accessible with care. However, please remember it is a forest, it is the winter and we are in Scotland, so some adverse weather conditions may occasionally impact the route in certain places. Please take this into consideration when purchasing your ticket. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather!

Only assistance/support pets with the required authorised paper work will be allowed permission into the event.
Yes! There will be the use of lasers and strobe lighting throughout the event. Appropriate signage will be in place.

We are sharing the park with a huge range of wildlife and must protect the country park’s environment. Please make sure you use the bins on site, or take it home with you.
There is a strict NO SMOKING policy throughout the entire event.
The event will only be cancelled if extreme weather makes the route unsafe or if there’s a major fault in our electrical supply or equipment. A decision to cancel would be taken at 2pm on the day, and notice would be posted online.
In the event of a cancellation, you have two options:
Yes! There are opportunities to buy delicious food and drink throughout the event site. We would remind the preferred payment method is cash, due to unstable network issues.
Please note: No food or drink can be brought on site.
Bring your home-printed Ticket or download to your mobile phone. You’ll be asked to show display your car park pass on your dash on arrival at car park – there’s no drop off zone and your ticket allows one entry and exit.
Tickets are only valid for the specific date and entry time stated on the ticket, selected at the time of booking.

Tickets are non-transferrable. All barcodes are unique and once scanned, cannot be used again.
No, children under 3 will not require a ticket to access the illuminated trail.
