Tonight would have been our opening night and we are gutted to say the least, that we're not welcoming everyone to Beecraigs Festive Forest right now.

We're pleased to update that all refund requests have now been completed. If you have requested a refund but not yet received email confirmation it has been done, please message us with details to let us know. Please also be aware it will take up to 10 working days for money to arrive in your account once the refund has been processed. This is a maximum and we anticipate it being a lot quicker.

An extra special THANK YOU to our loyal Friends of the Forest who were in the position to support us and carry over their tickets to next year - we are so grateful.

We thank you for your continued support and would like to wish all our valued customers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all the BFF team!

Thank you so much indeed for your patience with your tickets transfer and refunds for this years Beecraigs Festive Forest. We wanted to drop you a line to give you an update with where we are at.

As you can imagine we have been inundated with requests for refunds for this years event – with over 16,000 tickets sold it's taking us a little longer than expected to get them all processed. We have increased the number in the team processing refunds and hopefully, we will get them all done soon. There was a number of duplicate refund requests and this has slowed the process down, so please, if you have requested your refund – please bear with us we will have it and get it processed. For those who have not been in contact, we will transfer your tickets over to next years event. An update on this will follow in the new year, so please do not worry, we have not forgotten you!

As mentioned, refunds are well underway and hopefully, you should get your confirmation email soon. When you do get your confirmation email, do not be alarmed if it shows a smaller amount that expecting – we can assure you the face value of your tickets have been refunded and will hit your account in up to 7 days time (usually a lot quicker). Please note, our ticketing partner, Beautiful Events and Productions retain your booking fee as described in the terms and conditions of purchase – this is used to process payments and generate tickets and refunds. The final date for refund requests is 31st December 2020 – so please do get in touch by then in order to have your refund processed.

All refund requests submitted have been received and we started processing these on Monday 16th November. We are working our way through refunds as quickly as possible but we are a small team so please bear with us.

Please note you will not receive an email reply to your refund request but we will send an email to confirm when the refund has been completed. We aim to complete all refunds by the end of the calendar year. Unfortunately due to the large volume of requests, this is the best we can do.

We kindly ask you only submit your refund request once. We are receiving a lot of emails, messages and duplicate refund requests which is creating more work and slowing down the refund process.

If you want to transfer your tickets to next year but need to change dates please email the details to us at info@rowenevents.com to ensure we don't miss it in messages.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. We appreciate people want to receive refunds as soon as possible and we are working very hard to make this happen as quickly as we can.

This update has been emailed out to ticket holders for this year's event.

It's with heavy hearts we announce the postponement of Beecraigs Festive Forest 2020. The wellbeing of our customers and staff has been our priority from the outset and we went to great lengths to ensure we could put on a safe, fun, family event. Following the most recent government updates and tier restrictions, it's clear we cannot now continue with the event this year.

We offer ticket holders two options:

OPTION 1 - TRANSFER TO BFF 2021
Our commitment to ticket holders is that their ticket automatically transfers to the corresponding day in December 2021 e.g. tickets for Friday 11th December at 7pm 2020 will be changed to Friday 10th December 2021 at 7pm.
By carrying forward your tickets you are supporting an independent business and ensuring the long term future of the event.

✨ Friends of the Festive Forest ✨
To show our gratitude to customers who carry forward their tickets, we will invite you to be part of our new and exclusive "Friends of The Festive Forest" loyalty scheme.

This gives you pre-sale ticket offers, discounts on food, drinks, merchandise, rides, exclusive VIP packages and competitions.

More details coming in 2021! Our heartfelt thanks to all that are able and willing to transfer their tickets.

OPTION 2 - REFUND

Should you be unable to make 2021 and wish a refund please visit www.beecraigsfestiveforest.com.

Have your booking information ready and note the refund will include the face value paid for the ticket. The booking fee is retained by the ticket company (not BFF or Rowen Events Limited) to process the booking and refund.

We ask for patience on refund requests, we are working flat out with a small team of staff. So it may take time to manage all the administration.

TIMESCALE

Refund requests must be received by 5pm on Friday 27th November 2020. After that, we will automatically carry your tickets over to 2021.

We hope you can join us next year, we promise to be back BIGGER and BETTER than ever before.

“It is with heavy hearts that we have to announce the postponement of Beecraigs Festive Forest 2020. We followed every instruction passed to us from Scottish Government to the letter. However, following the decision of West Lothian Council to refuse an entertainment license for our illuminated trail, we have no other option left than to postpone our event until 2021. We are absolutely gobsmacked and frustrated by this decision that was taken out of our hands so late on the day. We are absolutely gutted that we are having to disappoint so many people and we feel truly let down by our local authority.

On making this announcement we are now able to offer ticket holders the following 2 options:
