All customers must attend the event in the allocated 90 mins ticket time period on the date you’ve purchased your ticket for. Customers cannot be guaranteed entry if they don’t arrive on their allocated date and time.

Step one
Firstly you buy your Illumination Trail tickets.
Step two
All Illumination Trail tickets, must be accompanied by a mandatory car parking pass. You can book up to 2 parking spaces per booking. Where you require additional parking spaces, please contact support@liveit.io.
As parking is extremely limited, please book the minimum parking spaces required.
You then decide if you also want to visit Santa.
Please note – Santa tickets cannot be bought without actioning step one.
To buy a Santa ticket – you can choose to visit Santa anytime during your allocated 90 mins ticket time (The Group Santa Experience takes about 20 mins) so you can decide to visit him before you go into the Illumination Trail or afterwards.
It’s really whatever your personal preference is But don’t worry – it works both ways!
Just choose the date and times you want to go into the Festive Forest and add them into your basket.
Step three
Review your basket. Purchase your tickets. Your tickets will be sent direct to your inbox, via email.

Santa’s Grotto and Group Storytelling Experience, Attractions and Festive street food and drink are all additional extras & not included in the price of the Illumination Trail ticket.

All other attractions (Children’s amusements, retail units and international street food and drink) are all additional extras & not included in the price of the Illumination Trail or Santa tickets.
All additional extras cannot be paid for in advance and are all payable on the night. Please bring cash and cards as the service in the Forest is poor.
Please purchase Santa tickets ahead of your visit. They can only be purchased along with Illuminated Trail tickets. Tickets to visit Santa cannot be purchased on their own.
Please note, your Santa’s Group Storytelling Experience must be booked ahead of your visit. Tickets to visit Santa cannot be purchased on their own. You must have a ticket to the illuminated trail.
If you already have booked your Santa Experience, please ensure this falls within your 90 minute booking period for the Illuminated Trail. You can visit Santa anytime during your 90 minute booking.
Only children need a ticket to see Santa, not accompanying adults. All children require a Santa ticket if you wish your child to visit Santa.

The Santa Group storytelling experience will last approximately 20 minutes.
Parking at the event is free. Please be sure to book your parking ticket when purchasing your ticket online.
However, parking is extremely limited and we would request that your group use the minimum number of cars possible to visit the event. We understand of course that groups or larger families will require more than one car and this will be accommodated where we can. Please note: if your booking is for 4 people or less your tickets will include one car space. It will help the event organisers greatly if you can maximise the space in your car.
Blue badge parking bays are on a ‘first-come’ basis in the Visitor Centre Car Park. Cars must display blue badges to gain entry. In the event of there being no disabled parking bays, you will need to park in the regular car park.

We are very sorry but strictly no pets are allowed on site.
Only assistance/support pets with the required authorised paper work will be allowed permission into the event.
We are sharing the park with a huge range of wildlife and must protect the country park’s environment. Please make sure you use the bins on site, or take it home with you.
There is a strict NO SMOKING policy throughout the entire event site.
Yes! There are opportunities to buy delicious food and drink throughout the event site. We would remind the preferred payment method is cash, due to unstable network issues.
Please note: No food or drink can be brought on site.
Bring your home-printed Ticket or download to your mobile phone. You’ll be asked to show display your car park pass on your dash on arrival at car park – there’s no drop off zone and your ticket allows one entry and exit.
Tickets are only valid for the specific date and entry time stated on the ticket, selected at the time of booking.
Please understand, we can’t guarantee entry if you miss your allotted slot.
Tickets are non-transferrable. All barcodes are unique and once scanned, cannot be used again.
1. REFUNDS
Refunds will only ever be offered in the case of a full event cancellation (see point 3 below).

2. TRANSFER/EXCHANGES
All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. CANCELLATION
The event will only be cancelled if extreme weather makes the route unsafe or if there’s a major fault in our electrical supply or equipment.
A decision to cancel would be taken by no later than 2pm on the day, and notice would be posted online.
In the rare event of Rowen Events having to cancel the event, you will be offered the following 3 options:
A. You can transfer/exchange your tickets to another available date/timeslot for our BFF23 event (subject to availability)

B. You can rollover your BFF23 tickets to our BFF24 VIP event.
C. If neither A or B above is unsuitable or cannot be accommodated then a refund will be offered.
Please note – refunds are only ever offered in the case of a full event cancellation. No other refunds will be given.
We offer a 20% discount on tickets for NHS, Police and Fire Service staff. Contact your local staff benefits provider for more info. Please note, the 20% discount applies to Illuminated Trail tickets and does not include Santa’s Grotto.
We also provide a free ticket for registered carers. This can be requested here.
We are aware that Covid-19 is still out there! Please sensible and do not attend the event if you feel you have Covid type symptoms.
